Russ work this year for their summer party reserved the zoo. It was pretty cool. They served us hamburgers for dinner, all the concession stands were open with all kinds of treats, we all got visors that say Rio Tinto on them, and tons of people. You could either go on a Tuesday or Friday night. Because of mutual we went on Friday. Russ said on Tuesday they had around 2000 people come, on Friday they had closer to 5000 people!
Also at the zoo they have some dinosaurs for Zoorassic Park. Those were pretty awesome too. Some moved, roared, or sprayed water. It was a hot day, so the animals were not too active, kind of a bummer. The kids had a great time, I was the one ready to go, lots of walking around got me tired!

That's fun! Having to whole zoo to yourselves...well with 5,000 other people :) So you could just go up to the concession stand and get whatever you wanted? If so, that's stinking awesome.
Such cool dinosaurs! I bet the kids loved it! -- and Owen got to be the girl :)
