i was showing my sister this workout video i like and the kids ending up doing it. it was funny to watch because most of the time they didn't quite have it right. they did probably 45 mins worth of exercising and were all sweaty when we made them stop. my kids went to sleep great!

I agree....to just be in the mind of a child sometimes would be the most entertaining thing in the world! LOVE IT!
