the morning we left, william & jonathon, with bob's mom, Lana Pettit. bob's family was great, it was fun to meet them. but this picture made me realize i didn't get a picture of the boys with their grandparents. sorry! it was a crazy couple of days and we didn't stay at the same house. darn.
on tuesday, nov. 17. we (the boys & i and grammy tammy) drove to davis, ca. (near sacramento) to visit an old roommate of mine, julia. it was so fun to see her. on wednesday we walked a three mile loop that took us by 7 different parks. it was great! was called it the ultimate park day. i wish i had gotten a picture at each park. they were all so different, it was cool.
it was a long trip, (11-ish hrs to davis, 8-ish hrs to san diego, 11-ish hrs to lehi), we had a lot of fun, it was good to see family, but it is really nice to be home.

that's neat about all those different parks...I mean dice? You don't see that every day.
it is always nice to get home from a long trip, especially if you drove! Glad you're home safe!
