william's counting....

the boys are learning to count right now. they can count from one to five by themselves. anyway, william has been in to bargaining lately. the boys were running through the sprinkler the other day and it was about time to come inside. i told william that and he started to complain; so i told him he had three more times. he said, "no five". i agreed. then saturday while they were eating lunch and they wanted to be finished, i told william he needed to eat three more bites before he could leave. he looks at me and says, "no five." i smiled and said okay; you can eat five more bites. more is always better right?! silly boy!
