FIRST ANNUAL MINER KIDS TRI

on Thursday we had our first annual Miner Kid Triathlon. (we hope to do it again anyway) out of 23.5 Miner grandkids we had 19.5 there. we were down at a lake near Sterling, UT. we set it up just for fun. different courses for different ages. all the kids swam something in the lake, road their bikes, and ran. they all had fun in the end and i think it was fun for them to finish the race. no one really won or lost since there was all different races going on.

this collage i got from my sister, konda. these were some of the pictures she took.
since all the kids parents have done races. the kids have seen our race packets we get. we had a shirt and got bags filled with water bottle, granola bar, fruit leather, candy, bouncy ball, and rubber wristband. i don't know, i thought it all turned out really cool!

Awww...SO wish we could have joined! This made me so happy though! The kids all look great. What a fun memory...

This was just too much fun! So much memories for the kids and adults I think. We will have to think on where it is next year :) could it of worked out more perfectly?? That many kids together and they all got along so wonderfully!!! AMAZING!
